The 2025 5th International Conference on Electronic Information Engineering and Computer Communication (EIECC 2025) was successfully held on December 27-29, 2024 in Wuhan, China.

The conference is sponsored by Hubei Society of Artificial Intelligence for Research and Education, co-sponsored by Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, and strongly supported by Central China Normal University Wollongong Joint Institute, Faculty of Artificial Intelligence in Education, Wuhan University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, as well as IEEE technical support.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Prof. Ning Xu from Wuhan University of Technology. Prof. Xinguo Yu from Central China Normal University delivered the opening speech, warmly welcoming the attendees and emphasizing the key role of deepening international exchanges in promoting technological innovation in the context of the deep integration of artificial intelligence and communication technology.

This conference invited five experts from well-known universities, including Professor Maode MA from Qatar University, Professor Xinguo Yu from Central China Normal University, Professor Chao Liang from Wuhan University, Professor Thippa Reddy Gadekalulu from Zhejiang A&F University, and Associate Professor Yangzhe Liao from Wuhan University of Technology, to give keynote speeches. The report closely follows the forefront of global academia, covering multiple cutting-edge and hot topics such as drone communication security, human-machine collaborative research paradigms, social big data integration, evolution of federated learning technology, and optimization of unmanned system collaborative networks. It showcases the latest research achievements and development trends in this field, sparking lively discussions among attendees.

In the parallel session, fifteen experts and scholars gave oral presentations and exchanges on multiple sub research directions, creating a strong academic atmosphere on site. To encourage academic innovation and outstanding performance, the conference ultimately selected and awarded the Best Paper Award, Best Poster Presentation Award, and Best Oral Presentation Award.
